weekly weigh in

So I weighed my self this morning and I am now at 245! So 7 lbs down. I also lost 2 1/2 inches in my waist and 2 inches in my hips. Not bad for a weeks work. My goal of the week is to drink more water. It's just good for you.

I have also fallen in love with sugar free, noncarbonated rockstar energy drinks. I've created a poll so you could all vote on whether I need to give them up. be educated, I'm sure you can find the nutrition facts online.

  1. Caffeine is terribly unhealthy and addictive. I think it is more damaging than the carbonation would be, and possibly the reason you love them so much. I voted other on your poll, my other is that you should try to get off of them and just drink water. If you need a boost during the day to stay active, try nuts or juice.

  3. Luckily I am not addicted to them, I had maybe 5 in my life. Now the trouble will be to get husband off of them and worse ones. Thanks for the imput, I need all the support I can get.
